A Mackerel and Punta San Domingo

Next day we sailed up 35 nm from Punta Pulpito to Punta San Domingo at the turn into Bahia Concepcion. We enjoyed some nice souterlies pushing us at ~ 5 knots most of the way. On that leg we caught a nice mackerel, this type of fish was a first for us. We seasoned it and fried it in the pan for 2 minutes on each side with the skin on, it was the most delicious fish I have ever tasted. Full stop.
